Beautiful family home is steps to the crystal white sand beach (watch dolphins play) and Little Lagoon (to fish or launch kayak or paddleboards). The walking/biking trail is steps out your backdoor. 'A Peach of a Beach House' is a recently updated 5 bedroom 3 bath, with fully equipped kitchen for family meals and celebrations. Peacefully sleeps up to 13 people with newer bedding giving you comfort and energy to play all day and sleep sweet at night! Take a dip in the pool just steps away, or grab beach gear and head out for 'Fun in the Sun!'
During your stay at 'A Peach of a Beach House' you will be able to communicate directly with the property manager by text or email. Contact information be provided after booking. Additionally, we offer in-person support and maintenance when needed.
'A Peach of a Beach House' is located in a lovely upscale neighborhood just a few minutes drive past the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores attractions. The community has a private pool for use by owners and their guests. The pace is a little slower for those walking to the beach and a little quieter for those seeking rest. The water is so close! Less than a 5 minute walk to the Gulf of America beach. Five houses to the Little Lagoon pier and kayak launch. Great seafood restaurants nearby, fresh seafood for purchase or boil. Souvenir shops with beach gear, E-bikes, water toys, etc. available. In town water park, outlet shopping, fine dining, Bushwackers and more..
Guests have access to the whole house (exception of the locked owners closets.) We are 2/10ths of a mile to the 13th street beach access and 3/10ths of a mile to the Lagoon Pass beach. Both beach accesses have a bathroom, shower and changing area available. An access pathway is a short walk to the Lagoon Pass Park Path where you can bike and walk by the Little Lagoon with fishing piers.
Main Floor:
Kitchen: Newer appliances and countertops.
Plenty of bowls, plastic/metal utensils and grill utensils. The whole pantry is accessible with shelves to store your favorite foods.
Full size coffee pot along with Keurig, toaster, blender, crockpot, toaster oven, microwave, electric stove, baking, serving and storage dishes.
Kitchen island with two barstools open to living room.
Living room: Reclining leather couches with cupholders, Roku TV, books, board games and extra throw blankets. Adirondack chairs for the back deck right off the living room.
Dining table: Seats 10. Plenty of space to move about on this open floor plan.
Queen Bedroom: Queen bed with mattress protector, mattress pad, pillows with pillow protectors and extras for sweet sleep, dresser and a private balcony. Room adjoins common bathroom.
Common Bathroom: Toilet, tub, shower, sink and Hair dryer. Linen closet where all the beach towels live!
Laundry Room: Full Washer/Dryer, extra rags, cleaning items, broom, vacuume, iron, ironing board etc..
Kennel offered on the main floor for the comfort of your pup.

Second Floor:
Queen Bedroom: Queen Sleep Number Bed with mattress protector, mattress pad, pillows with pillow protectors, dresser, closet with hangers and extras for sweet sleep.
Second Floor Bathroom: Glass shower door and tub, 2 vanities and plenty of plush towels.
Twin Bedroom: Twin over Twin beds with mattress protectors, mattress pads, pillows with pillow protectors, two closets, chair, and extras for sweet sleep.
Master (King) Bedroom: King bed and Twin over Full beds, each with mattress protectors, mattress pads, pillows with pillow protectors, dresser and a private deck with chairs.
En-suite Master bath: double vanity walk-in glass door shower with plenty of plush towels, hair dryer, and extras for sweet sleep.
~Take spiral staircase to the Lookout~
Upper sleeping space: Twin over Twin beds with mattress protectors, mattress pads, pillows with pillow protectors and extras for sweet sleep. Wet sink and a private balcony for those awesome 'Lookout' views!
Ground Level: Four parking spaces, hooks for beach towels, beach gear, deck, grill, chairs and swing, cornhole game and pet area in back of house.

Beach & Fun Storage: Beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas beach Bocce Ball, 4 Surf Minton paddles with balls, volleyball, bucket of color chalk, lots of assorted sand toys for building castles and digging for shells! Cornhole game with carrying bag and other treasures may be found...
General grounds: Year round pool pathway to paved bike/walking trail, lagoon fishing pier, launch for kayak/paddle boards. Outdoor showers and bathrooms located at Lagoon Pass and 13th Street Beach access.

Check-in Instructions: Check in after 4:00 PM - The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your reservation. - Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these.
Children and Infants welcome.
Pet friendly.
Long-term/Snowbird rental allowed.
House Guidelines:
Maximum Occupancy of 13
No smoking of any kind! Smoking of any kind will result in a $750 additional cleaning and Ozone fee. This includes, but is not limited to: vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, of any other form of smoking.
Only verified and approved pets allowed.
No events, parties, or large gatherings.
No Glitter/No Dye: Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sinks, showers, toilets, towels, linens, upholstery, floors, carpets, etc.
Primary Contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules. Must be at least 25 years old to book. Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
Please report any damages that occur to the Guest Contact.

Internet Instructions: Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit located on the side of the refrigerator.
Additional Information: The property has stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.
Security Camera Information: Your safety matters! This property features exterior security cameras. They do not look into any interior spaces.
Parking: 4 vehicles can be parked on the driveway and under the
house.
Bunk Beds: Weight limit for top bunk = 200lbs max.
Check-out Instructions: - Check out before 10:00 AM.
Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
Load and start the dishwasher.
Leave all slept-in beds unmade.
Place all used towels in the bathtub.
Start a load of beach towels (up to 8 towels) in the clothes washer. Please be sure to shake debris and sand out of towels before washing!
Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances.
Close and lock all windows and doors.
Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it.
A digital guest guidebook will be sent to guests prior to their stay. It includes check in/out details, driving directions, a detailed house manual, area restaurants & recommendations, and more!
We provide a Starter Pack which includes (1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods and 2 garbage bags)
Minimum age for primary renter is 25 years old.
We clean/sanitize surfaces for your upcoming stay.
Please no hair dye (temporary, semi-permanent or permanent)
There will be a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to the sink, showers, toilets, towels, floors, upholstery, carpets etc. by anyone who enters the property or guests of the primary contact.
Please no glitter or sparkle spray.
There will be a $1000 fine to cover any excess cleaning associated.
Primary contact is responsible for all.

There will be a $750 fine for additional cleaning and ozonation.

Guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a 100% refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights. We strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for your protection.
Gulf Shores taxi's, shuttle companies and ride shares are on call and ready to serve. You have several options available to fulfill your transportation needs, whether it's a shuttle for your group or a traditional taxi to get you around town. 'A Peach of a Beach House' is approximately 2.7 miles west of "The Hang Out Restaurant" and the center of town.





The fitness trail can you hold a 1 mile or more loop. The water is so close. Five houses to the Gulf of Mexico beach. Five houses to the little lagoon pier and kayak launch.

Words can’t describe how relaxing it is to wake up in the plush king bed in the master bedroom and just gaze out the opened glass doors at the pristine water and take in the majestic views surrounding.

My Wife and I came down to spend time with our parents and had an Amazing Time! The house was spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed for the beach supplied by the hosts. Can't wait to come back! Al.

Shrimp Fest was Fun - Sooo much food. Beaches were beautiful and an easy walk from the house. Loaded kitchen, clean and quiet. Great Beds. We will be back! J&B and Kids.
